Saturday afternoon I babysat my friends’ daughter, Malayna. This kid’s got energy. She colored, ran around, played with stuffed animals, ran around, watched movies, ran around, played at the park, then ran around. Never got sleepy. It was tons of fun. Thank god for fast focus motors otherwise these photos would not have been possible....

Friday night, I went downtown to take some photos.
We walked about 5 miles total, I think. Going from the South Loop all the way up to the Drake and back. I used to do things like this all the time but haven’t for quite a while. It was nice to get out and just walk...
